Marine Plywood
Plymont is a premium quality exterior calibrated marine plywood, come with 100% Gurjan core veneers (ISI 710). Very high quality is maintained for the end to end process of Plymont. The species of high density wood veneer is being used which is bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin. As a part of the selection process the veneered sheets are selected on the basis of density, bending strength, surface finish characteristics and impact resistance which is tested by qualified experts in our own well equipped laboratory.
Further the same is passed through a Vacuum Pressure treatment under high temperature and vaccum pressure in order to withstand extreme changes in temperature, humidity and different climate conditions. as a result the board attains very high resistance to fungal and micro bacterial attacks. Hence our PLYMONT is high quality marine plywood that can resist boiling water and cold water, extreme climatic variations and termite attack which is highly recommended of all types of furnishings.

Calibrated Hardwood Plywood
Chandrikas BWR plywood is made from a fine class of wood for its face and veneer. The manufacturing process is conducted with high quality set standards thereby offering a various finisher of wood surface to meet the customer requirements. All our BWR products undergo well inspected preservative treatment. In order for a long term retention of the boards certain tested preservatives are added to the resin and further treatment is conducted before despatching.
Hence our BWR boards are highly resistant to boiling water, strong adhesion between layers and resistant from cracking and warping. Chandrikas BWR grade plywood holds the certification of ISI (IS 303) and can be best applied for wood working like kitchen cabins, false sealing, bathroom paneling and various varieties of exterior purposes. Semi Hard Commercial Grade Wood
Quality is the key competitiveness of Chandrika's BWR Grade and MR Grade plywood. We ensure high level of quality maintenance right from the beginning to the end of our manufacturing process. Hence for this process high quality wood is selected and tested under very strict quality control methodologies particularly for our MR Grade plywood's. A preservative treatment is conducted during the manufacturing process of MUF resin.
In addition to this particular chemical treatment, further an application of preservative is conducted before the boards are packed to ensure borer attack, moisture resistant and excellent strength between veneers. Chandrika's MR Grade plywood is certified with ISI mark (IS:303) ensuring the quality and reliability. Our MR grade ensures well application for furniture, ceiling, paneling, packing, and various kinds of interior works.

Shuttering Plywood
The range of film faced plywood from the house of Chandrika is well known for its specially treated waterproof coated edges and mirror-finish smooth surface. Film faced phenolic Plywood features a surface paper film impregnated with a phenolic resin andappliedunder heat and pressure It is originally used for fine faced concrete work and vehicle building. Phenolic plywood is also now used in access towers and scaffolding systems. The plywood is edge sealed to minimize the ingress of water.
Chandrika's film faced plywood is available with a smooth glass like finish on both faces or with a mesh pattern imprinted on the face to improve anti-slip properties. The surfaces are hard wearing, and different weights of film faced plywood are available to suit the abrasion and wearing performance required at a very competitive price.
