Chandrika's marine plywood is well known in the market as CANOPLY which is premium quality exterior calibrated plywood. A key step of quality maintenance is observed for the end to end process of our marine plywood. The species of high density wood veneer is being used which is bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin. As a part of the selection process the veneered sheets are selected on the basis of density, bending strength, surface finish characteristics and impact resistance which is tested by qualified experts in our own well equipped laboratory.

Further the same is passed through a chemical impregnation treatment under high temperature and vaccum pressure in order to withstand extreme changes in temperature, humidity and different climate conditions. As a part of final quality assurance an in house chemical and preservative treatment is conducted to resist fungal and micro bacterial attacks as per nature requirements. Hence our CANOPLY is high quality marine plywood that can resist boiling water and cold water, extreme climatic variations and termite attack which is highly recommended by ship builders and exterior construction experts.
